BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (April 29, 2015) – The man arrested for the murder of Indiana University student Hannah Wilson had a profile on a sugar daddy website, according to Bloomington’s Herald Times. According to the paper, murder suspect Daniel Messel described himself as a “Bloomington male looking for that special IU coed.”

The Herald Times reports his profile on the SugarDaddyForMe.com website states he is a 49-year-old single Caucasian “SugarDaddy,” and he describes his body type as “cuddly” and his height as six feet three inches. He reportedly lists his income as $100,000 to $200,000, but according to the Herald Times he made $32,000 a year working at a Bloomington printing company called Fine Print.

The Herald Times also reports that he’s had an email address registered with the fraternity and sorority chat network GreekChat.com since July 2009.

Messel was arrested in the murder of 22-year-old Wilson on April 24. His cell phone was found next to Wilson’s body in a vacant lot in Brown County. The Brown County coroner determined that Wilson died of blunt force trauma after being hit in the head three to four times.

At this point it is unclear if there was any link between Messel and Wilson.

Services for Wilson will be held at the Fishers High School Auditorium on Saturday, May 2. The school said the calling will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. The services are open to the community.
